Product was packaged well for delivery, it came unscathed and ready to use with a lovely hand written note from the owners. I was also extremely pleased that the product actually smells as described and not like a bag of wet feet. Really happy with my oil and Balm purchase. For a small local business these guys have a wealth of knowledge and are extremely proud of the community theyve created. Bought from them numerous times now and have always received quick, personal, helpful service. The scent blends are amazing and even after a 12 hour shift my beardo still comes home smelling fresh and looking reasonably tamed, despite his constant need to rub, finger comb and generally mess with his beard!
